About Me

My photo
I endeavor to take an approach to my life and photography that is simple and unadorned. The joy of capturing moments in life through photographs is truly a gift from God and I hope to share that joy with others. One of my favorite things to do is look back at old images and remember. It is one of the best ways to recall times past. There is beauty in everything. All around us lies blessings waiting to be appreciated if we would only take the time to look. My goal is to acknowledge, appreciate and capture the beauty in the lives God gave us and have the opportunity to create images to help others remember their blessings and precious moments. "Old times never come back and I suppose it's just as well. What comes back is a new morning every day in the year and that's better." -George E. Woodberry

It is quite entertaining to see the energy of a little boy.  The curiosity there is priceless.  I am so glad I had the chance to photograph this little cutie.

We'll lock them up together,
And throw away the key."

"When the first baby laughed for the first time, the laugh broke into a thousand pieces and they went skipping about, and that was the beginning of fairies.  And now when every new baby is born its first laugh becomes a fairy. So there ought to be"
-James Matthew Barrie

"Let all the joys be as the month of May
And all thy days be as marriage Day
Let sorrow, sickness and a troubled mind
Be stranger to thee."
