I endeavor to take an approach to my life and photography that is simple and unadorned. The joy of capturing moments in life through photographs is truly a gift from God and I hope to share that joy with others. One of my favorite things to do is look back at old images and remember. It is one of the best ways to recall times past. There is beauty in everything. All around us lies blessings waiting to be appreciated if we would only take the time to look. My goal is to acknowledge, appreciate and capture the beauty in the lives God gave us and have the opportunity to create images to help others remember their blessings and precious moments. my shabby doors

Thanks to my wonderful friends at Southern Accents http://www.antiques-architectural.com/ I have been able to create a small setup for photography in my home.  If you like shabby old doors and anything that is completely and utterly cool, Southern Accents is the place to go!

    Audrey! I love your door! You better be glad you found that before me...I need a red door to make a chalkboard out of! I may have to dig around and find one next time I'm in!
